Current Modelling explores identity as a system constantly under scrutiny. Borrowing from the language of simulation, prediction, and fashion, it shows how models — whether human or mathematical — are staged, calibrated, and judged.
The work suggests a tension between the individual and the frameworks that measure them: the body as data, the self as performance. The collage questions whether “current modelling” is about truth at all, or a mirror reflecting back hard-wired biases.
Visually bold and conceptually charged, this is Paperpunk at its sharpest: glossy, fractured, and alive with tension. Current Modelling turns mass-media gloss into a critique of power, while remaining playful and electric. It’s a striking artwork that rewards repeated looking — a compelling piece for any collection that values originality and provocation.
The artwork has been framed behind glass with white matt and a black border. There is a wire on the reverse side so that it is ready for immediate hanging.
In 2024, this artwork was exhibited in the CONTENT exhibition that was held in Braemar Gallery (Springwood, NSW).
The price listed also includes all postage via regular mail.
